How Does Best Biddy Work?

1. Professionals Are Notified
Qualified local professionals receive an email directing them to Best Biddy to review the project and place
their bid online within the time period you have specified (4 - 12 days, default set at 7).
2. You Will Be Notified When Bids Are Placed
Best Biddy will send you an email to notify you when a bid has been placed on your project and a reminder when
your project is about to close. You will receive a maximum of 8 bids.
You may receive questions by professionals under Posted Questions. This is a public board to avoid
duplication of questions to you. You will receive an email from Best Biddy if a professional has a question
about your project.
If you have posted a renovation project, the professional may request a Home Consult. You will receive this
request from Best Biddy and it is up to you whether you decide to accept the request. Remember to review the
professionals' profile to ensure you like their work before you accept a request. Once you accept a request you
will be able to use Best Biddy's private message board to exchange contact information with the professional.
3. Review Your Offers
Review your offers thoroughly and examine professional profiles to help you make your decision.
4. Select The Best Professional & Schedule Your Service
You have up to 10 days from the time your project closes to select the best professional. When you have decided,
click on "Accept Bid" and proceed to schedule your service date. Once you accept a professional bid the
professional will receive your contact information.
5. Receive Your Service & Rate The Professional
You will receive an email from Best Biddy to share your experience and rate the professional service you have
received on Best Biddy to help other consumers like you.
